We have new No. 1 (check out at the bottom of the post)

5. Dazzling cafe
First tried this in the original Taipei store and we've been loving it since then. Taste and the texture of the toast and even service may not be the same since Sg is franchised, but it's still good. Do try the drink Mango Slushie.

The only down side is why do each person has to buy a drink?

4. *New: Oh My Tian
Ranking 4 with Hatter Street and Froth
We chose Milo Ice cream and topping-  Maple & Butter (additional $0.50) Waffle is crispy at the outside and soft and somehow chewy inside. We love it and the combi is delicious. Do try! Total cost about $12-13, depending on the no of scoop of ice cream and sauce.

Hatter Street Baker & Froth
We can't really decide which is nicer. The Flavours for the ice cream both have a local taste; with Hatter street's Pandan or Gula Melaka sauce, and Froth's taro flavour! Indeed satisfying for our local sweet tooth. Both cafes also have unique interior. Do check out!

3. *New: Twenty Grammes
Ranking 3 with Wimbly Lu

Yuan Yang Waffle ($15) topped with Hokkaido Milk Soft Serve and chocolate sauce at the side. Great combination and waffle is soft and crunchy at the outside. Oh and the additional cereal/biscuit give the extra crunch, love it. Not able to change the flavour of the soft serve but it's good. Go try!
However, we do not like this:
Yougurt soft serve taste weird..

Wimbly Lu
This is a place that we will always return to for dessert and even for brunch. They have good brunch too. With its location hard to access.. It's still crowded all the time. Shows how good their food is. They've another store Little Wimbly Lu at Serangoon Gardens and serve half waffle, so if you are not so hungry, maybe there is a good choice.  Check it out.
Look at their brunch!

2. Max Brenner Choclate Bar
To our surprise, everything is good here. The waffle, churros and fondue! Do try.

1. Atlas Coffeehouse (previously known as Assembly coffee)
They have moved to a few streets away and it's more accessible now. With a bus stop right infront and more spacious. However, there's more and more customers, often full! New menu with more main dish which sound delicious by reading the menu, such as the Salmon Soba noodle and Summer Chicken stew.. Ever since their new opening we've visited 3 times and the coffee and waffle are still the same from Assembly and up to standard despite being full house. This is and will still be our Favourite cafe of all time. Their salted caramel waffle is really good and we love love LOVE the coffee. Please go. Wish they would put back the brick toast. The following pictures can tell you how often we've been there.

6. Here's one that we don't really enjoy..
Will not state the cafe, for you to find out (#sacarsticfb)
